Effective date: April 7, 2026. These terms govern access to WhaleStake AI, a software platform operated by PureCode Labs for casino operators, iGaming platforms, and related commercial teams.
Use of the service
WhaleStake AI provides analytics, forecasting, reporting, personalization logic, action recommendations, and related software capabilities for commercial use. By creating an account or using the service, you confirm that you are authorized to act for your organization and that you will use the platform only for lawful business purposes.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, controlling access inside your organization, and ensuring that data uploaded to the platform is accurate, lawfully obtained, and appropriate for processing. You remain responsible for all actions taken through your workspace.
Data and outputs
You keep ownership of the source data you provide. The platform may transform that data into derived reports, diagnostics, forecasts, action lists, and recommendations. Those outputs are decision-support tools and must be reviewed within your own operational, legal, and regulatory framework before use in production.
Acceptable conduct
You may not use the service to violate applicable law, infringe third-party rights, reverse engineer restricted platform components, overload the service, bypass security controls, or upload malicious content. We may suspend or terminate access where misuse, abuse, or operational risk is detected.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve, or adjust the platform, models, workflows, interfaces, or commercial terms over time. We aim to provide a stable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that forecasts and recommendations will always match real-world outcomes.
Liability and contact

PureCode Labs processes account details, workspace configuration, uploaded files, derived reports, and operational usage data to provide, secure, maintain, and improve WhaleStake AI. We use that information to authenticate users, operate customer workspaces, support integrations, monitor abuse, and communicate about service activity. We do not treat uploaded customer data as public information, and access is limited to authorized operational contexts. We may retain service records as required for security, support, contractual, or compliance purposes.
